For those unacquainted with the Wheel of Time, go read it, it is worth your time.
The dragon, of course, is Rand. Perrin is the wolf, and Faile is the Falcon, who disapproves of Rands pull/hold on Perrin.
I was going to put Mat in there but I couldn't decide if he was a Raven or a Fox...

No, he's the fox. His signet is the fox, and he is the "Fox" who married the "Raven Queen," Tuon.
